Last updated: 6 August 2026 · Neurovia.ai (neurovia.ai)
This Privacy Policy explains how Neurovia ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit neurovia.ai, purchase or enquire about our Service, or use the trading dashboard at app.neurovia.ai.
1. Who we are
Controller contact: sk1tzthewzd@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +66 83 910 2850. If you are in the EEA/UK and believe a local representative is required for your use case, contact us and we will advise.
2. Data we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email address, Telegram handle, phone/WhatsApp number if you message us.
- Account data: login email, password hash, membership tier, licence dates, role.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe (we receive payment status, customer email, subscription identifiers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Exchange connectivity: API key metadata (e.g. last four characters, exchange name, test timestamps). API secrets are encrypted at rest and used only to operate your bot.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostics and server logs.
- Support content: messages you send by email/WhatsApp/forms, including payment references and onboarding details.
- Trading-related operational data: bot configuration, journals and logs generated by the Service for your instance (necessary to provide the product).
3. How we use data
- Provide, host, secure and improve the Service.
- Process subscriptions and performance-fee onboarding.
- Authenticate users and provision per-user bot instances.
- Communicate about accounts, security, billing and support.
- Comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- With consent or as otherwise permitted, send product updates (you may opt out of non-essential marketing).
4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)
- Contract – to deliver the Service you request.
- Legitimate interests – security, product improvement, limited direct communication about similar services.
- Consent – where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing).
- Legal obligation – accounting, tax, lawful requests.
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed with:
- Payment processors (Stripe).
- Hosting / infrastructure providers.
- Email and messaging tooling used for transactional and support messages.
- AI model providers when the Service’s AI features are enabled (prompts may include market context and trade features; avoid putting unnecessary personal data in free-text fields).
- Professional advisers or authorities when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own (including where our servers or vendors operate). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor terms.
7. Retention
- Account and billing records: for the life of the account and as needed for legal/accounting retention (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
- Support correspondence: as needed to resolve issues and for legitimate business records.
- Server logs: typically shorter operational windows unless needed for security investigations.
- Encrypted API credentials: until you delete them or your account is deprovisioned; rotate keys on the exchange when ending use.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption of API secrets at rest, access controls, and HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You must protect your passwords and exchange keys.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site and dashboard to function (e.g. session/authentication). We do not run invasive third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site by default. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break login.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability or to withdraw consent. Contact sk1tzthewzd@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where practicable.
